Brazilian soccer content platform SportyNet has expanded its portfolio with exclusive broadcast rights agreements covering Italy’s Coppa Italia and Supercoppa Italiana, Mexico’s Liga MX, and a slate of high-profile pre-season friendlies involving top European clubs.
The new deals cover the 2025-26 and 2026-27 seasons for Italy’s prestigious Coppa Italia, featuring clubs from the top four divisions. Starting August 15, SportyNet will air all 41 matches of the current edition, providing Brazilian fans unprecedented access to the full tournament.
Additionally, SportyNet will broadcast the Supercoppa Italiana over the same two-year period, including the entire four-team competition scheduled in Saudi Arabia from December 18 to 22. This year’s tournament will showcase elite clubs such as AC Milan, Inter Milan, Napoli, and Bologna.
From Liga MX, SportyNet has secured rights to air two matches per round of the Apertura tournament, including key upcoming fixtures such as América vs. Querétaro and UNAM Pumas vs. Necaxa. The platform will also cover the Apertura playoffs commencing November 19, culminating in the finals on December 11 and 14. For 2026, coverage will extend to both the Clausura and Apertura tournaments.
SportyNet’s broadcast reach includes pay-TV distribution via major Brazilian operators such as Sky, Claro, and soon Vivo, as well as free streaming on its YouTube channel. This multi-platform strategy aims to maximize accessibility for Brazilian soccer audiences.
Complementing these competitions, SportyNet will televise 13 pre-season friendlies between August 8 and 17. These matches feature some of Europe’s biggest clubs from the Premier League, Bundesliga, LaLiga, and Serie A, including Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund, Real Madrid, AC Milan, Inter Milan, and Juventus. Recent fixtures include Chelsea vs. Bayer Leverkusen and AS Monaco vs. Inter Milan, streamed live across SportyNet’s channels.
Owned by the global sports and entertainment firm Sporty Group, SportyNet already delivers a substantial soccer offering, broadcasting approximately 400 live matches annually, including Brazil’s Série B and Série C, Bundesliga, and France’s Coupe de France.
