Aston Villa Strikes Global Partnership with Red Bull

Aston Villa FC has secured a major commercial boost by partnering with global energy drink leader Red Bull, who will now serve as the official energy drink partner for both the men’s and women’s teams.

The agreement will see Red Bull’s branding featured prominently at Villa Park, including LED perimeter boards, concourse displays, and the Bodymoor Heath training facility. While financial terms and contract length remain undisclosed, the deal is positioned as a significant step in Villa’s commercial growth and high-performance strategy.

Beyond brand visibility, Red Bull will contribute sports science expertise to Villa’s performance programmes, with a particular focus on player recovery and physical optimisation. Supporters can also look forward to fan-focused initiatives, including interactive activations, exclusive competitions, and behind-the-scenes content.

Aston Villa Chief Commercial Officer Adrian Filby welcomed the partnership, stating that Red Bull’s global reach aligns with the club’s own ambitions for growth — both on the pitch and in connecting with supporters worldwide.

This agreement further expands Red Bull’s presence in football, adding Villa to a portfolio that already includes partnerships with Inter Miami, Atlético de Madrid, Fulham FC, FC Goa, Nottingham Forest, Crystal Palace, West Ham United, and Torino FC, among others.

The announcement comes during a period of rapid commercial expansion for Aston Villa in 2025, with recent deals signed with Guinness, Xapo Bank, Oak View Group, Legends, and Chiliz.

Following a strong 2024–25 season that included a sixth-place Premier League finish, UEFA Europa League qualification, and a debut Champions League campaign, Villa head into the new season with momentum. Standout achievements last season included Ollie Watkins setting a new Premier League scoring record, Youri Tielemans registering the highest passing tally in the league, and Morgan Rogers earning Young Player of the Season honours.

The 2025–26 campaign begins at home to Newcastle United on August 16, with early fixtures against Brentford and Crystal Palace as Villa aim to build on their upward trajectory.
