At full buildout, the project will encompass 3.56 million square feet across 26 acres of the 35-acre site — with the remaining nine acres dedicated to the A’s US$2 billion ballpark. The company expects to secure special use permit approvals by January 2026, begin construction in April, and deliver the full phased project by March 2029. Development will occur in four stages, mirroring the A’s stadium construction timeline to ensure seamless integration across both sites.

Beyond gaming, the project will introduce a theater, luxury hospitality spaces, high-end retail, and immersive fan experiences, creating an ecosystem that blends tourism, sport, and entertainment into one destination.

Bally’s vision reflects a growing global trend — sports-led urban redevelopment, where major stadiums anchor wider commercial ecosystems. By surrounding the A’s new home with a mixed-use district, Bally’s is positioning itself at the heart of Las Vegas’ next entertainment evolution, blending sports, hospitality, and gaming into a seamless visitor experience. As the A’s relocation to Nevada takes shape, the Tropicana corridor could soon redefine what a modern sports and leisure precinct looks like in America’s entertainment capital.
