Bengaluru/Mumbai — In a bold strategic move aimed at accelerating its growth trajectory, digital engineering powerhouse Altimetrik, backed by global investment firm TPG, has acquired SLK Software, a Bengaluru-based technology solutions provider. While financial terms remain undisclosed, the deal is expected to significantly boost Altimetrik’s momentum towards its $1 billion annual revenue goal.

This acquisition strengthens Altimetrik’s offering in AI-driven platform modernization, integrating SLK’s enterprise-grade technology services and global delivery network. Both companies have deep roots in BFSI and manufacturing, and the expanded capabilities will now span across over 150 enterprise clients, including several Fortune 500 firms.

“This is not just a merger—this is strategic acceleration,” said SLK’s Chairman Parth Amin, emphasizing shared values in innovation, agility, and client focus.

With more than 10,000 digital professionals worldwide, the combined firm will deliver end-to-end transformation across sectors including automotive, life sciences, retail, and consumer goods. Notably, the deal also deepens Altimetrik’s existing partnerships with OpenAI, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks.

TPG India Head Puneet Bhatia described the merger as a move that creates a “scaled, AI-first digital engineering platform” capable of delivering across a wide range of enterprise use cases.

Recently, Altimetrik appointed Rajeev Jain, formerly EVP at LTIMindtree, as its COO—signaling serious operational intent as the firm gears up to compete at the highest level of digital innovation.
